Tonight I am attending a dinner hosted my alma mater, Oklahoma Christian University. Dr. Ken Blanchard, consultant, speaker, trainer, and author, will be the keynote speaker of the evening. Ken has received many awards and honors for his contributions in the fields of management, leadership and speaking. He is most noted for his contributions to the best-selling book, The One Minute Manager, which he coauthored with Spencer Johnson.
