Chris, I am very pleased with how the podcast turned out, thank you for featuring me and my bestselling book Flash Foresight: How To See The Invisible and Do The Possible on the Principled Innovation blog today.

During transformational times like these, it is more important than ever to look for new opportunities, the more you look the more you see! We all must keep in mind that bad news sells, and if there is no bad news to report, the media reports the anniversary of bad news making us all think the future looks dim with few opportunities. There has never been more opportunity to grow and advance than there is now and helping people learn how to see new opportunities and use them to share a positive future is one of the main reasons I wrote Flash Foresight.

I wanted to remind readers that I have put together a wonderful selection of Bonus Resources for the book and they are available at http://www.flashforesight.com/... and I also have many resources on my main website available for download at www.burrus.com

Thanks Again for helping spread the word. - Daniel Burrus

It is constantly awesome to see wherever know-how goes and the foreseeable future of gaming is no diverse. There are quite a few cool and incredibly revolutionary technologies arising. There is no way to tell which a single will make the subsequent large wave, but one particular point is for confident, it will have some thing to do with receiving rid of the remote as we know it!

Thanks Mike. I'm following your online works as well.

Re: your questions....

1. You're right. My first experiment with curating content was with Posterous. Then I started playing with Tumblr and cross-posting to both. There is a lot that I like about Posterous, but I ended up moving everything over to Tumblr because of ease of posting via mobile. I do a lot of reading and posting on my way to work each morning and I have no trouble posting from the Tumblr iPhone app. I also like the large selection of themes that Tumblr supports.

I do however miss the Posterous web-clipper. It made posting content from the desktop super fast.

2. In regards to what goes where. Both of my Tumblr sites, (Freshly Peeled and Juicy Finds) are where I'm sharing items and creating a library of items that I might want to reference later.

The content that I post to my blog (Fresh Peel) will be longer form and go into more details. There is a possibility that something that is posted to either of my Tumblr sites will be posted again, but in combination with other items, and to make a larger point, more profound point (or that's the hope). So basically the culmination of everything I do on the web. For example I might I take something from research study over here, and a video other here and a personal experience to outline and support a trend that I've noticed. Make sense?

Wishing you the best in 2011!

Hi Chris, This is great. I've been watching your online presence evolve and i'm subscribed via email, it's one of the emails I always look out for in the deluge of spam. I've got a couple of questions if you wouldn't mind as I'm in a similar place wondering what to do with different presences, consolidation etc. So I know you used to be on Posterous but I really like the look of Freshly Peeled on Tumblr, much improved. What encouraged you to move from one to the other? Also - I have a blog where I used to write long form stuff on (http://www.litmanlive.co.uk/blog) and then I started my Posterous at http://www.litmanlive.me. Once I started the Posterous page and curating posts, I found I wasn't posting stuff of my own over on my blog so set up the autoposting from Posterous to my blog. I realise now that its just essentially duplicating content and thats probably not the best idea. How do you decide what goes up on your Fresh Peel tumblr and what goes up on your Juicy Finds tumblr? I'm a big fan of them both. Design and content wise. Happy new year from a fan who has seen the evolution first hand. Mike.

actually, ronald jenkees success 'stems from' the fact that he is an incredible musician. He doesnt read music, he plays by ear, and he is self taught. He plays music just because its pure fun for him, and he wants to share his fun with everyone else. He is definately an inspiration to me and a lot of my friends. He raggessss it up, so nasstttyyy. keep it up jenkees
