Did I say it was the best service for internal communication/collaboration? No...but I have to tell you that when we had the ability to see each other (up to 6 of us at the same time), it did make a big difference...especially when we were far away. We also did a pitch once from within Second Life...our client was in the UK; I was in Vegas and 2 crayonistas were in NYC. It actually worked really well, although we didn't win the pitch :) As for the strategically consulting comment....the correct phrase is "strategic consulting" or crayon is a "strategic consultancy", which is a pretty standard/accepted business descriptor.
