Thanks for the answer. I&#039;m surprised that more companies don&#039;t offer live chat as a piece of their customer service.

The next step would be for companies to seek to help customers when they first see signs of trouble, preempting the customer having to make  contact to fix the problem. Via social media? :)</description>
