I caught Chocolate Rain  and Dr. Pepper story last month. Thanks for mentioning it.

I think you are right. If there viral is a good fit with the company and their objectives then finding a viral train to ride can work well. And there is no doubt in my mind that this would be a better strategy than trying to create a viral success.</description>

The Ok Go video was cool, showed active people having fun, and was a hit online - -all characteristics that match Nike&#039;s audience.

Another marketer that did a good job of linking itself to a viral success is Dr. Pepper with the Chocolate Rain video. You can see video and my write up on it here:
